Gabriel D. Guerrero attended the University of Southern California (USC) 1989 and graduated from the prestigious USC Ross Program In Real Estate Development in 2002. Gabriel is skilled at creating and utilizing complex pro formas for both large asset marketing and development. Throughout his college career, he was involved with the Latino Business Student Association and served on the Executive Board as Director of Operations and as President. After graduating from USC, Gabriel decided to work with one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the nation, Sperry Van Ness. At Sperry Van Ness, Gabriel won the coveted Achiever’s Award in 2001 as a top performer. He decided to branch off and started his own commercial real estate firm, Nationwide Real Estate Group, bringing BIG HOUSE brokerage abilities in a more personal and creative approach building relationships with clients.

With his vast experience in the industry and having sold millions worth of real estate, he formed Nationwide Commercial to be a dynamic, exciting, and successful full-service firm with customer service well above the industry standard. Nationwide continues to shatter records in every market due to its innovative marketing techniques and Price Range Marketing strategies.

In 2002, Gabriel was awarded USC's LBSA Alumni of the Year for his success in business and his involvement with the university. Gabriel has been a member of the Board of Directors for LUSK Center at USC as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the MAAA at USC. He also sat on the Board of Directors for Vision of Hope, which assists the 10 poorest Catholic schools in Southern California.

Gabriel also coaches several youth sports programs in Southern California having won championships in basketball, football, baseball, and softball in the Pasadena area city leagues and travel tournaments. Gabriel believes in inspiring and motivating youth in both athletic and Academic achievements.
